FIRE SAFETY

Fire Safety Training is an integral part of your Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Strategy and is a legal requirement following the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005, know as the RRO. As part of the reform order all companies are obliged to ensure every employee should receive adequate training and documented instructions appropriate to their responsibilities in the event of a fire.

Our Fire Training Courses can be tailored to your specific workplace needs and risks, ensuring your staff are trained to the required legal level meeting your obligation detailed in the Fire Regulatory Reform Order 2005.

All of our Fire Training Officers have passed and completed the (IFE) Institute of Fire Engineers Fire Safety Trainers course as well as being BAFE trained engineers.

FAST - Fire & Security Technologies can provide Fire Training Courses at your premises or you can book a place on one of our hotel based courses, on selected dates across the UK.

All of our Fire Training courses include LIVE practical fire training using controlled equipment together with classroom based theory and knowledge checks. Each delegate will also receive a FAST Fire Training Manual for future review and reference and a certificate of attendance, participation and completion.

FIRE TRAINING COURSES

Customers Site Requirements:

Ideally suited for 5 - 15 delegates
Site must have external space available for the practical training
Site must have a suitable sized room to complete the theory session side of the training together with a projector screen or a blank wall to view the training presentation using our projector.

Customers Site Fire Training Courses:

Fire Warden / Marshal Training - Duration 3 hrs
Basic Fire Safety Awareness Training - Duration 1.5 Hrs
Practical Use Of Portable Fire Extinguishers - Duration 1.5 Hrs
Weekend Courses Available

FAST - Hotel Location Fire Training Course:

Ideally suited for businesses where practical training space is not available.

Fire Warden / Marshal Training - Duration 3 hrs

FIRE TRAINING COURSES

Our Fire Training Officers:

All of our Fire Trainers have over a decade within the fire industry and have completed and passed an approved IFE (Institute of Fire Engineers) Fire Safety Trainers Course together with a minimum training qualification, SafeCert SCQF level 6 which is a legal requirement should you teach to groups.

We ensure consistency in delivering high standards and quality training courses by certification and regular quality checks with all our trainers. We always aim to deliver best in class fire training courses and provide delegates an environment to learn, participate retain and build on there fire knowledge, fire work place awareness and home fire safety.

Our Customer Fire Training Officers are also all BAFE trained engineers ensuring consistency in our approach when training others on practical and theory, fire safety training courses.
