In this FAQ section, you’ll find answers to important questions:
CAN I BOOK A FIRE EXTINGUISHER ENGINEER, FIRE ALARM ENGINEER OR SECURITY ENGINEER TO COMPLETE MY ANNUAL INSPECTION?
Yes, you can. We continue to service our current customers as well as welcoming any new customers across all fire & security services. We have also introduced engineer COVID-19 Risk & Method statements which detail the actions in place to ensure a safe working environment whilst working in the field under these current conditions.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR A OUT OF HOURS ENGINEER TO VISIT DUE TO A FAULT ON MY SYSTEM?
Yes, you can. We continue to service our current customers with a 24/7 call out system providing you have a contract that requires a 24/7 response.
CAN I BOOK A FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT FOR MY PREMISES?
Yes, you can. Please contact us between 9am & 6pm Monday to Friday to arrange a date and time for your assessment. If we have not already provided you with a quote then we can arrange this via a quick discussion with you over the phone.
CAN I BOOK AN ON SITE, FIRE MARSHAL / WARDEN TRAINING COURSE AT MY PREMISES?
Yes, you can. Please contact us between 9am & 6pm Monday to Friday to arrange a date and time for your course. If we have not already provided you with a quote then we can arrange this via a quick discussion with you over the phone. If requesting a course at your premises then we be required to agree with you a method which enables us to follow the Government social distance guidelines. As an example, the training course could be completed by reducing the number of delegates at each session to allow adherence to the 2m requirement.
I’M SELF-QUARANTINED, CAN I STILL REQUEST A DOMESTIC ANNUAL SERVICE, INSTALLATION OR CALL OUT?
Both yours and our employees safety is of the highest importance so we would only be able to arrange a visit after you and your household have fully completed the recommended self-isolation period.
IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM STILL AVAILABLE?
Yes, you can still contact our customer service department via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0333 772 6066 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. If you are a current customer then you can call us at any time if your enquiry is urgent. Please note our phone lines have been extremely busy so there may be a slight delay in getting to your call. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as FAST as possible but apologise and request your understanding should you experience any delays in being able to contact us.
